FilePal is new, so Windows doesn't recognise it yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. You only see this once.
FilePal isn't registered with Apple yet, so macOS asks you to confirm once. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway. On macOS 14 or older you can also right-click FilePal in Applications and choose Open.
Right next to the original. It's selected in Explorer (Finder on a Mac) and copied, so you can paste it straight into a chat. You can change this in Settings.
Yes. Download FilePal for Mac, drag it into Applications, then hold Option and right-click any file in Finder or on your desktop. It works on Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or newer) and macOS 11 or newer. Intel Macs aren't supported yet. The first time, macOS asks you to allow Accessibility so FilePal can see the click. Allowing Screen Recording as well gives the bubbles their see-through glass.
On Windows it updates itself. To remove it: Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps → FilePal → Uninstall. On a Mac, FilePal tells you when a new version is out. To remove it, quit FilePal from the menu bar and drag it from Applications to the Bin.
